Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night for cots.
Up to two children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
